What is Arbong?

Arbong is an online platform that connects South Asians worldwide to buy and sell South Asian fashion and décor. You can find both new and preloved items, from traditional attire to modern ethnic wear, all in one place.

Who can buy from Arbong?

Currently, Arbong is available to users in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. We are constantly working to expand our platform to other countries, and new ones will be added to our network soon.

Can I retun a product?

For pre-loved (used) products, refunds are generally not allowed. However, if an item is found to differ significantly from its description and images, a refund may be considered after Arbong’s review.

For brand new products, the seller decides whether returns or exchanges are allowed. Please check the product information before making your purchase.

Can I save items I like?

Yes, you can add items to your wishlist. This feature is available for registered users, allowing you to easily save items and come back to them later when you’re ready to purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel the order before it has been shipped by the seller. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
