What’s Covered
Arbong Purchase Protection automatically safeguards your purchase when you buy directly through our website using the “Add to cart” button. You are covered in cases where:
- Your Item Doesn’t Arrive: If your order fails to reach you.
- Item Arrives Damaged: If the product is damaged during transit.
- Significantly Not as Described: If the item differs substantially from its description.
Your full purchase price is protected – this includes the cost of the item, shipping, applicable fees, and any taxes or duties.
How to Claim Protection
- Report the Issue: If you encounter a problem with your order, simply go to our Dispute Resolution Centre or click “I have an issue” in your order details.
- Timely Notification: Report the issue within 14 days of purchase (or as specified in your order confirmation) to be eligible for a refund.
- Provide Evidence: Share necessary details and any supporting documentation (like photos or tracking information) to help us process your claim.
- Review and Refund: Our dedicated team will review your case. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: All purchase methods made via our platform are included in this protection. Transactions made through direct money transfers or outside of Arbong are not eligible.
What’s Not Covered
To maintain a safe and secure marketplace, please note that Arbong Purchase Protection does not cover the following:
- External Transactions: Purchases made outside the Arbong platform, including direct bank transfers or payments via third-party services.
- In-Person Transactions: Transactions where you meet the seller in person are not covered.
- Tracking-Delivered Items: If the shipping carrier’s tracking confirms delivery to your address, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before reporting an issue.
- Disposed Items: For claims involving damaged or misrepresented items, you must retain the item during the claim process. Disposal of the item may void your eligibility for a refund.

- Not Insurance: Arbong Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy, warranty, or guarantee. It is a service provided to enhance your shopping experience on our platform.
- Discretion and Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this protection program at any time, for any reason. This program does not affect your legal rights under local consumer laws.
